If you are presently drawing vacuum from one valve cover and would like to draw from both valve covers this kit provides the additional fittings and hose required. Fittings available in black only.
There are some vacuum applications benefiting from drawing from both valve covers. Not necessarily increasing peak vacuum but reducing the amount of oil scavenged from the engine. The theory is that by splitting the volume of air pumped from the engine through two lines the velocity is cut in half in each line. Lowering the air velocity should equate to less oil scavenged from the engine. With less oil scavenged from the engine the vacuum pump will perform at is best.
Kit contains 4' of Ø3/4" ID vacuum hose, 1 engine oil baffle, 1 90° 12AN fitting, 1 straight 12AN fitting and 1 female swivel on run T 12AN fitting.
